This next-generation solution is specifically formulated to meet the strength requirements of bonded timber floor installations. It's versatile, robust and suitable for everything from domestic builds to high-traffic commercial environments.
MXS110 is a rapid-setting, fibre-reinforced, protein-free compound that can be applied from 1 mm to 50 mm. Ready for foot traffic in just 90 minutes, it’s perfect for fast-paced projects and demanding sites.

Use the Right Primer for the Job

To ensure the best performance, we recommend pairing the MXS110 with the appropriate primer:

•        MXS120 for absorbent surfaces, including screeds, concrete, chipboard, and UFH overlay boards
•        MXS170 for non-absorbent surfaces, including asphalt, epoxy DPM, tiles, and steel
