Sportive Finish boasts excellent levelling properties, making it effortless to apply across expansive floor areas. Its specially designed 2-component hardening system guarantees an added safety margin and consistent, high-quality results. Key Features: Exceptional resistance to wear and scuff marks Outstanding chemical resistance Suitable for refinishing prefinished floors Compliance with EN 14904:2006 and DIN 18032:2 standards for slip resistance Free of NMP and NEP Application: Mix 2% Sportive Hardener with the lacquer and shake the blend vigorously for 1 minute. Use the mixture immediately or within 5 hours. Apply the lacquer with a Bona Applicator Bar or Roller, ensuring a smooth, even application to avoid excess buildup. Maintain a wet edge to prevent overlaps. Allow proper drying before applying additional layers, with each subsequent layer requiring slightly longer drying time. Ensure adequate ventilation during the drying process. If needed, perform an intermediate sanding using a screen or Bona Scrad System grit P150 (or finer) to remove any imperfections before applying the final layer of lacquer. Note: If the previous lacquer layer has dried for more than 24 hours, an intermediate sanding is necessary. Light foot traffic can resume approximately 8 hours after the final application, but the floor should be allowed to dry for 72 hours before full use. Allow the surface to dry for at least 1 week before covering with carpets or heavy objects, and refrain from damp mopping during this period.
