Marldon's MXA200 Flexible Wood Floor Adhesive stands out as a high-strength, single-part silane polymer adhesive. This versatile adhesive is suitable for bonding various wood flooring types, including wood blocks, mesh-backed mosaics, engineered, laminated, and solid wood plank/strip flooring.

MXA200 is also designed to be compatible with underfloor heating systems, except for wood flooring with bitumen-based backings.

This flexible adhesive exhibits compatibility with a range of substrates, including sand & cement screeds, concrete, Anhydrite (Calcium Sulphate) screeds, stone, metal, timber, Marldon MXS140 Rapid DPM, and Marldon MXS150 MVS Primer. It does not, however, adhere well to wood flooring with bitumen-based backings.

This adhesive is supplied in a 17kg tub.

Coverage: Approx 1-1.3kg per m2 with 4mm or B6 triangular notch trowel.
